Standard Corporate Photography Pricing
Most of the corporate photography we do requires a custom quote due to the unique nature of each project, yet there are some instances where a business or individual is simply looking for a standard headshot, group portrait or hourly event coverage. Below you will find our 2018 rates for common corporate photography services. Please contact us to book your session or event coverage (availability varies depending on lead time).
Headshot Session - $350
- Photographed on location (either on a black, grey, or white seamless canvas backdrop, or the client's outdoor or indoor location of choice).
- Up to 1 hour of shooting.
- Multiple looks/outfit changes as time allows.
- On location review of photos as they are taken (photos viewed via laptop).
- Professional retouching and editing provided to all delivered photos (flyaway hairs removed, natural complexion perfecting, and other retouching as requested by client).
- Online digital proof gallery sent to client within 24 hours of session. Client may choose 5 final photos to be edited and delivered via high resolution online gallery and available for download.

Group Portrait - $450
- Photographed on location (outdoor or indoor location of client's choice).
- Up to 1 hour of shooting.
- Perfect for groups of 3-20.
- Multiple locations/looks as time allows.
- On location review of photos as they are taken (photos viewed via laptop).
- Professional retouching and editing provided to all delivered photos (flyaway hairs removed, natural complexion perfecting, visual distractions removed).
- Online digital proof gallery sent to client within 24 hours of session. Client may choose 5 final photos to be edited and delivered via high resolution online gallery and available for download.

Standard Event Coverage - $250/hr
- One photographer.
- Coverage of: attendees, speakers, on-site marketing/branding material, event environment, and any additional requests as per a client shot list.
- Professional lighting provided as required
- 24 hour turn around of all fully edited, high resolution images (delivered via secure online gallery and available for download).
*Please contact us if you are looking for all day or multiple day event coverage (9 hours or more), videography or anything else your event may require (such as a photobooth or multiple photographers) and we will provide you with a custom quote.

Do you provide hair and makeup services for headshots?
Yes. We work with a handful of Vancouver based professional HAMU artists who are available for on location portrait prep. Please contact us for a quote if this is something you are looking for.
When can I expect to see my edited photos?
We will deliver your high resolution, fully edited photos with 24 hours of your event, or within 24 hours of receiving your selects after a portrait session (proofs are sent within 24 hours of a portrait session). We are able to provide rush delivery (images edited and delivered immediately following your event or portrait session) for an additional fee of $150.
Do I retain the copyright to my photos once I receive them?
The Copyright Law of Canada assigns the copyright of the images to the Photographer, and all images shall remain the sole property of Photographer. However, the Photographer hereby grants to the Client, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to reproduce, display and/or distribute the images, provided the Client complies with the condition that all such reproductions and/or displays are not to differ from the original editing of the delivered copies.
